From the Family Steering Committee
for the 9/11 Independent Commission
Many people have asked how they can help in the search for the truth
about September 11th. To impress upon our government officials and
the Commission that all Americans want answers and accountability, raise
your voice with ours to demand a full accounting.
Please support an Extension for the 9/11 Investigation to January 10, 2005.
Write, call, FAX, or e-mail the Speaker of the House, the White House, the
Commission, and your Senators and Congressmen. We want them to feel that
the pressure is on from all Americans.
In priority order, please contact:
Speaker of the House
Dennis Hastert
Office in the Capitol
FAX: 202-225-0697
tel. 202-225-0600
Let the Speaker know that failure to support an extension to January 10, 2005,
allowing sufficient time to follow all leads and facts, will compromise the
Commission’s work and subsequently, their final report.
The White House

Send the same message to the White House. Failure to publicly support the
extension to January 10, 2005 so that the Commission can complete its mandate,
implies that the White House does not support a full accounting of the facts and
circumstances of September 11th. Also tell President Bush that you expect him
to cooperate fully and immediately with the Independent Commission's document
and interview requests.
The 9/11 Independent Commission
http://www.9-11commission.gov
Let the Commission know that you want a comprehensive, in-depth, classified
report and that you support an extension to January 10, 2005 to allow them
sufficient time to get to the whole truth.
Tel: 202-331-4060
Fax: 202-296-5545
info@9-11Commission.gov
Let your senators and congressmen know that the American people are interested in the truth and the safety
and security of our nation and its citizens. Let them know that you want them
to support an extension to January 10, 2005 in order to allow the 9/11 Independent
Commission to do a thorough job in its investigation. Nothing less is acceptable.
