In regards to your new Control Panel 2.0, I have one word to say. Awesome! It completely blows me away that you can integrate a web site to make these types of drastic changes to the server.
I contract out webpage design for local businesses in my area and so far I have two hosting accounts with LFC. It's service like this that keeps me recommending to my clients that they get hosted by LFC. Someday when I get some time between client websites, I'll get my own up and running and you can rest assured that LFC will have my business. Thanks again!

I've never found a Hosting Provider so committed to service as LFC Hosting. From my experienced standpoint (I worked from 1997 to 2000 as key account manager for UNI2 - the leading spanish/french ISP and Hosting Provider), I know how difficult it is sometimes to provide high quality standards in service, and I feel impressed about the way you guys have managed my requests. From a consumer perspective, I can tell you that most companies are more limiting in their options. Or, the details are hidden and pricing unfolds like the layers of an onion: Remove a layer, and there is another beneath, and they all bring tears to your eyes! Those that are up front in their pricing are more expensive than you and 99% restrict you to a single true domain.

Now I've been with LFC for some while, and I've become accustomed to the rhythm of how things work, and the somewhat different way that you do things. I've found the arrangements very satisfactory and economical.
I particularly like the "self-service" approach to support--if I do things myself, then I know just what has been done. The work to put it into an email is the same as the work to do it myself--but then, when I do it myself, it's done and I know it's done, I don't have to watch for someone else to do it.
I have quite a high opinion of your service, and as my business grows, my use of your service will as well.
