I see what you mean about the high level of automation. The control panel lets you do all the things that you have to ask someone else to do with most services. And if you have to ask someone else, there's the delay until they get to it, the risk that they will get it wrong, and of course the cost of their time.
Nice job on all the automation, a lot of good thinking went into it.

I registered the domain with you yesterday afternoon and this morning the domain was up and active. Wow! Congratulations, you guys have the best deal I've ever seen! What impressed me most was you willingness to answer all of my questions down to the smallest detail. From a consumer perspective, I can tell you that most companies are more limiting in their options. Or, the details are hidden and pricing unfolds like the layers of an onion: Remove a layer, and there is another beneath, and they all bring tears to your eyes! Those that are up front in their pricing are more expensive than you and 99% restrict you to a single true domain.

I've never found a Hosting Provider so committed to service as LFC Hosting. From my experienced standpoint (I worked from 1997 to 2000 as key account manager for UNI2 - the leading spanish/french ISP and Hosting Provider), I know how difficult it is sometimes to provide high quality standards in service, and I feel impressed about the way you guys have managed my requests. LFC was the third host I tried in 2 weeks for my Front Page web. The first two were polite but kept telling me there was no problem with their Front Page extensions, contrary to my Front Page error messages and even Microsoft support in one case! Their stock answer: "Please reinstall your copy of Front Page...(We don't care that you can publish flawlessly elsewhere.)" LFC took the time to really look at my web, then said "We'll change the server to make it work." They did!
