I have been very impressed with LFC Hosting after moving there from a not-so-hot company. Not only have they provided a reliable home for my website, they also provide an excellent and powerful control panel, from which I can manage the entire site, without ever having to call on tech support. They frequently keep in touch with customers to let us know what is new, and how they plan to implement improvements to an already excellent service. Now I've been with LFC for some while, and I've become accustomed to the rhythm of how things work, and the somewhat different way that you do things. I've found the arrangements very satisfactory and economical.
I particularly like the "self-service" approach to support--if I do things myself, then I know just what has been done. The work to put it into an email is the same as the work to do it myself--but then, when I do it myself, it's done and I know it's done, I don't have to watch for someone else to do it.
I have quite a high opinion of your service, and as my business grows, my use of your service will as well.

After searching through countless hosting providers, LFC Hosting was the one I went with. Comparing price versus features, they are very competitive, however their reliability and ability to work through problems was what made me stick with them. After 4 months with them, I now have 8 domains with them. From an international perspective (most of my customers are in Singapore) the sites load well and the service is quite good considering they are not in our time zone - we can always rely on LFC Hosting to get back to us within 24 hours. I strongly recommend them as a good, reliable web host.

The killer app here is five business domains on one account for about what you would pay for a single elsewhere. I can change emails and domains at will, and have more email forwards than can be used. No billing surprises in two years. Stupid questions answered well. They also helped rescue a hijacked domain. Full throttle cgi-bin.
