Furi Rachael Ray Edgy Santoku kitchen knife is 11 7/8" overall with a 6 3/4" blade. An improved version of the traditional Santoku with slightly rounded edges that make the knife easy to use in a rocking motion. Australian design, hardened and tempered CrMoV stainless blades. Orange finger groove thermoplastic elastomer handle is molded over a tough polypropylene core.

The reverse wedge handle shape actively resists forward slip, even when hands are wet or oily. Antimicrobial inhibitors are incorporated directly into the handle during the manufacturing process. Tough, hygienic and durable. These are professional, high performance food prep knives designed for maximum functionality for chefs and gourmet home cooks.
