Toronto, Montreal customers are 2 hours ahead of us in the Summer and 1 hour ahead of us in the Winter.
Vancouver customers are 1 hour behind us in the Summer and 2 hours behind us in the Winter.

Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday (1st Monday of August), Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.
Our customer service telephone lines and email support will be closed Saturday Dec 17th, 2011 reopening Tuesday Jan 3, 2012.
